Sanitary Ball Valves
Sanitary Grade High Platform Ball Valve
WSG stainless steel sanitary high platform ball valve adopts full diameter design in order to minimize pipeline turbulence and pressure drop, products are used in beer, beverage, food, pharmaceutical, fine chemical and other industries.
Operating temperature PTFE (TFM) -40℃~150℃
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Stem drive, and rotate around the stem shaft, mainly used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline, but also can be used for fluid regulation control. The Sanitary Grade High Platform Ball Valve include flange connection, welding connection and quick installation, etc., of which quick installation is more commonly used. Therefore, it is often referred to as a sanitary quick assembly ball valve, which is connected to the pipeline through the clamp quick assembly and is easier to disassemble, maintain or clean.
DESIGN CRITERION
Strictly in accordance with product tolerance standards such as 3A\DIN\SMS\BS. Internal and external polishing equipment to meet the surface accuracy requirements. In addition, because it is used in pharmaceutical, food and other industries, the Sanitary Grade High Platform Ball Valve of sanitary ball valve can be CF3M or SUS304 material according to customer needs, the sealing material meets FDA standards, and the separation and pneumatic drive mode.

Note: SIP(steam in situ) at temperatures up to 150 ° C can be carried out, but only in PTFE seal material and the valve is fully open. The temperature of any sealing material must be below 95 ° C before operation. ② When welding the two flanges, make sure that they can be moved axially by 30-40mm(depending on the specifications) for valve maintenance (see the instructions)!
