DRG Series Scotch Yoke Pneumatic Actuators
DRG Series Scotch Yose Pneumatic Actuators are designed for on/off switching or metering control of 90-degree stroke valves (such as ball valves, butterfly valves, and plug valves). They can be equipped with various accessories to achieve automated industrial process control.
Working Principle:
Compressed air enters the chamber to drive the piston’s linear motion. Through the pin-shaft transmission mechanism and Scotch yoke slotted linkage, the piston’s linear motion is converted into the yoke’s rotational motion, which drives the output shaft to rotate, thereby enabling precise valve actuation.

Working Media and Pressure
The working medium is usually dry compressed air inert
gas or anti-wear hydraulic oil.
When the working medium is gas

Maximum service pressure: 10bar
Recommended pressure: 4-6bar
